NHỮNG KẾT QUẢ MỚI CỦA LUẬN ÁN

- Thứ nhất, về nội dung nghiên cứu: luận án đã tổng quan được các công trình nghiên cứu có liên quan trong và ngoài nước về phát triển du lịch cộng đồng (DLCĐ), đã hệ thống hóa được cơ sở lý luận và thực tiễn về phát triển DLCĐ và đưa ra khái niệm mới về phát triển DLCĐ vùng Công viên địa chất toàn cầu (CVĐCTC). Luận án còn tập trung nghiên cứu làm rõ 04 nội dung phát triển DLCĐ tại vùng CVĐCTC: cải thiện sinh kế cộng đồng, bảo tồn và phát huy tài nguyên nhân văn, bảo vệ môi trường đồng thời đáp ứng nhu cầu du khách - đây là nội dung đặc trưng của DLCĐ vùng CVĐCTC và yêu cầu mà tổ chức UNESCO đặt ra.

- Thứ hai, về phương pháp nghiên cứu: luận án tổng hợp phân tích tài liệu thứ cấp có liên quan đến thực trạng phát triển DLCĐ từ Sở VHTT&DL tỉnh Cao Bằng, Ban quản lý du lịch vùng CVĐCTC tỉnh Cao Bằng, Cục thống kê tỉnh Cao Bằng, UBND tỉnh, …  và thu thập dữ liệu sơ cấp từ 288 phiếu điều tra. Các phương pháp phân tích sử dụng gồm: 1) Kiểm định độ tin cậy thang đo bằng hệ số Cronbach’s Alpha; (2) Phân tích nhân tố khám phá (EFA); (3) Phân tích hồi qui tuyến tính đa biến để phân tích nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến phát triển DLCĐ cho địa bàn vùng CVĐCTCNN Cao Bằng mà trước đây chưa có nghiên cứu nào áp dụng cho vùng.

- Thứ ba, về đối tượng khảo sát điều tra: những nghiên cứu của các tác giả đi trước mới chỉ dừng ở việc tiếp cận đối tượng khảo sát một chiều riêng lẻ còn tác giả nghiên cứu luận án đã điều tra tiếp cận đánh giá đa chiều, gồm 4 bên liên quan: nhà quản lý, doanh nghiệp hoạt động kinh doanh về du lịch, người dân địa phương và khách du lịch.

- Thứ tư, về nhân tố ảnh hưởng: luận án nghiên cứu đã đưa ra 05 nhân tố ảnh hưởng phát triển DLCĐ trong vùng CVĐC toàn cầu Non nước Cao Bằng và chỉ rõ mức độ ảnh hưởng của các nhân tố giảm dần: cơ sở hạ tầng điểm du lịch, sự tham gia của người dân địa phương, sức hấp dẫn điểm đến, khả năng tiếp cận điểm đến, chính sách hỗ trợ bên ngoài cộng đồng.

 - Thứ năm, đây là luận án đầu tiên nghiên cứu tập trung chuyên sâu về phát triển DLCĐ cho vùng CVĐC toàn cầu Non nước Cao Bằng. Trên cơ sở phân tích điều kiện thực tế của tỉnh kết hợp với quan điểm, định hướng phát triển DLCĐ và kết quả phân tích ma trận SWOT của DLCĐ vùng CVĐCTCNN Cao Bằng, luận án đề xuất 6 nhóm giải pháp để hỗ trợ chính quyền các cấp, các bên liên quan lên kế hoạch chiến lược nhằm đẩy mạnh phát triển DLCĐ vùng CVĐCTC Non nước Cao Bằng, đưa mục tiêu phát triển du lịch trở thành ngành kinh tế mũi nhọn của tỉnh.

KHẢ NĂNG ỨNG DỤNG TRONG THỰC TIỄN

Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án là công trình nghiên cứu khoa học có giá trị, là tài liệu khoa học tham khảo hữu ích cho các nhà nghiên cứu, cán bộ giảng dạy, cơ quan Nhà nước. Kết quả nghiên cứu góp phần cung cấp cơ sở lý luận và thực tiễn giúp cho tỉnh Cao Bằng và Ban Quản lý Công viên địa chất Non nước Cao Bằng, cũng như các địa phương có đặc thù tương đồng, sẽ có thêm căn cứ để xây dựng kế hoạch chiến lược phát triển du lịch trong vùng CVĐCNN Cao Bằng nói riêng, tỉnh Cao Bằng nói chung nhằm sớm đưa du lịch trở thành ngành kinh tế quan trọng của tỉnh.

Các nghiên cứu tiếp theo có thể mở rộng bổ sung thêm các biến mới trong mô hình nghiên cứu nhằm phản ánh đầy đủ hơn nội dung các nhân tố ảnh hưởng tới phát triển du lịch cộng đồng của một điểm du lịch.

NEW FINDING OF THE DISSERTATION

- Firstly, about the research content: the dissertation has reviewed the relevant domestic and foreign researches on community based tourism development (CBT), has systematized the theoretical and practical basis on CBT development and introduced a new concept of CBT development in the Global Geopark (GG). The thesis also focuses on researching and clarifying 04 contents of CBT development in the Global Geopark: improving community livelihoods, preserving and promoting human resources, protecting the environment and meeting the needs of tourists - here is the typical content of the Geopark's CBT and the requirements set by UNESCO.

- Secondly, about research methods: the dissertation synthesizes and analyzes secondary documents related to the current situation of CBT development from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Cao Bang province, Tourism Management Board of Cao Bang Global Geopark, Department of Statistics Cao Bang province, Provincial People's Committee, and so on and collected primary data from 288 questionnaires. The analytical methods used include: 1) Testing the reliability of the scale by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient; (2) Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA); (3) Multivariable linear regression analysis to analyze the factors affecting CBT development for the area of Cao Bang Global Geopark where there has not been any research applied to the region before.

- Thirdly, about the object of the survey: the research of the previous authors only stopped at approaching the individual one-way survey object, while the author of the dissertation research has investigated and approached the assessment. multi-dimensional, including 4 stakeholders: managers, businesses operating in tourism, local people and tourists.

- Fourthly, about influencing factors: the research dissertation has identified 5 factors affecting CBT development in Non Nuoc Cao Bang Global Geopark and indicates the influence of the factors decreases: destination infrastructure, local participation, destination attractiveness, destination accessibility, policies to support outside the community.

- Fifthly, this is the first dissertation research to focus on CBT development for Non Nuoc Cao Bang Global Geopark. On the basis of the analysis of the actual conditions of the province in combination with the viewpoints and orientations for CBT development and the results of the SWOT matrix analysis of the CBT in Cao Bang Global Geopark, the thesis proposes 6 groups of solutions to support the government at all levels, stakeholders plan strategic plans to promote CBT development in Non Nuoc Cao Bang Global Geopark, turning tourism development into a spearhead economic sector of the province.

SAPPLICATION IN PRACTICE

The research results of the thesis are valuable scientific researches, useful scientific references for researchers, teaching staff, and State agencies. The research results contribute to providing a theoretical and practical basis for Cao Bang province and the Management Board of Non Nuoc Cao Bang Global Geopark, as well as localities with similar characteristics, to have more grounds to develop a strategic plan for tourism development in Cao Bang Global Geopark in particular and Cao Bang province in general in order to soon turn tourism into an important economic sector of the province.

SOME ISSUES FOR FURTHER RESEACH

Subsequent studies can expand and add new variables in the research model to more fully reflect the content of factors affecting the development of CBT of a tourist destination.
